TRADITIONAL MINIATURES

Sarah has been practising miniature painting in the uniqe historical style for over four years. She uses dried watercolour impermeable surfaces, polymin being the preferred support.

Her work ranges in size, with the smallest being an eye locket, measuring just 5mm.

GALLERY TALKS AND LECTURES

Sarah studied History of Art to Masters level at The University of Birmingham, gaining an MA in History of Art and Curating in 2017. Over four years she has given numerous gallery talks, speeches and lectured on miniature portraits.

CARING FOR YOUR MINIATURES

Miniature paintings are collectable and can be found in antique shops and auction houses.

Please be careful with your paintings, it is best not to open them from their frames. Do not let them near any moisture. Miniatures are light sensitive and heat sensitive, so please place them in a safe place away from strong light or direct sunlight and where temperature will not fluctuate.
